On 813 Day, a day celebrating the spirit of Tampa, Kristina Lavallee of The Cake Girl launched her heartwarming initiative, "Random Acts of Sweetness," in partnership with Tampa Mayor Jane Castor. Kristina and Mayor Castor set out to surprise Tampa’s first responders with a delightful treat—mini cupcakes. Their first stop was the Tampa Police and Fire Rescue Dispatch, where they personally delivered these sweet tokens of appreciation.
